Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system – the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds and protects the brain and spinal cord. Using soft touch, I follow and encourage my clients body’s own response to release restrictions in this system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.

Craniosacral therapy is effective for a wide range of physiological conditions associated with pain and loss of biochemical, systemetic and emotional function. One of the most powerful applications of CranioSacral Therapy lies in the area of releasing functional and debilitating emotional wounds. Adults, babies, children and adolescents can all benefit from enhanced wellbeing as a result of this therapy. CST has been found to be very beneficial for a wide variety of conditions including stress related conditions, Post-traumatic Stress, vertigo, sciatica, spinal curvatures, post-surgery, digestive problems, Autistic spectrum conditions, ADHD and behavioral issues.
